Diastasis Recti Rehab Package

This package is for moms who wish to solely focus on closing their diastasis recti after birth and strengthening their core. We also offer taping to help the healing process.


Package of 5 sessions – 130 SGD per session – Total 650 SGD

‘Ease in Mama’ Training Package

This package is for moms who have made the decision to start exercising again and want to ease into starting to improve their diastasis recti abdominis muscle (DRAM), pelvic floor, tone, strength, weight loss (if applicable), and fitness. Suitable both during pregnancy and after birth.


2 Exercise Training Sessions a Week

  • 4-week package – 140 SGD each – 8 sessions – Total 1,120 SGD

‘Go Mama’ Training Package

‘Super Mama’ Training Package

The Super Mama is for those who are now in ‘determined mode’ to see a dramatic difference, closing that diastasis recti (DRAM), improving or regaining pelvic floor function, and gaining strength, fantastic tone, maximum weight loss (if needed), and getting back to being as fit as possible as quickly as possible. Most suitable after birth, but an adapted version suitable for pregnant women is available for those keen not to lose fitness, tone, and gaining too much weight during pregnancy.
