The Super Mama is for those who are now in ‘determined mode’ to see a dramatic difference, closing that diastasis recti (DRAM), improving or regaining pelvic floor function, and gaining strength, fantastic tone, maximum weight loss (if needed), and getting back to being as fit as possible as quickly as possible. Most suitable after birth, but an adapted version suitable for pregnant women is available for those keen not to lose fitness, tone, and gaining too much weight during pregnancy.
